The master plan of a residential community outside Taipei.
After completing the master plan, we invited RICHARD MEIER, ANNABELLE SELLDORF, and STEVEN HARRIS to join us in designing the houses. MARGIE RUDDICK completed the landscape design.
Each architect created a particular strategy for an assigned lot type. The landscaping and master plan organize these architectural strategies to shape views and ensure privacy. A club house (also designed by Tsao & McKown), park, and pedestrian paths provide indoor and outdoor community spaces.
