Project Description:
Two curving towers lightly embrace a central garden terrace, recalling a serene, tropical oasis.
429 residential units, each served by its own elevator stop, on the former site of the New Zealand embassy in Kuala Lumpur.
Two towers define and embrace a central garden terrace that shelters a series of amenities and community services below. Forty-story walls planted with greenery surround an internal courtyard, creating an oasis. Acres of park, punctuated by mature original trees, reflecting pools, sculpture, and gardens define the site. Upper level sky gardens throughout the complex recall the lush park below.
Design features promote energy conservation and sustainability, including a rainwater management system, green roof, renewable construction products and windows designed to limit heat gain.
